Rental Equipment is not offered. You must provide your own tables, chairs, etc.
The standard booth size is 10’ x 10’. Your equipment must fit within that area.
If you want to bring a shade tent it must be a 10’ x 10’ collapsible shade tent that has vertical legs. Do not use a 10’ x 10’ tent with splayed legs because they will not fit inside of your 10’ x 10’ booth space. To make your tent safe in windy conditions, you must secure your tent with weights or nails.

Describe what you will be selling or presenting in your booth. Civic/Small Education and Municipal booths cannot sell products or accept money unless they get permission for the LRA.
All spaces are 10' deep. The standard size included with your registration is 10' x 10'. You can increase the width in 10' increments at no extra charge, up to 40' wide.*
Civic organizations requesting a booth more than 20 feet wide may not be placed on Massachusetts Avenue.

We offer time slots – up to a maximum of 30 minutes. The performance area will be located at the Waltham Street end of Massachusetts Avenue. We provide a sound system that includes a two microphone, a small soundboard to plug in a music player, and two speakers.
