When: Saturday, May 25th, 2024

Where: Massachusetts Avenue (between Meriam Street and Waltham Street)

Open to All Lexington Retailers, Restaurants, Service Businesses, Civic, and Municipal Organizations

Schedule

6:00 am

Massachusetts Avenue between Meriam Street and Waltham Street is closed to the public

8:00 am

Booth setup begins ( LRA must approve requests to set up before 8:00 am)

10:00 am

Discovery Day opens to the public

3:00 pm

Discovery Day closes to the public – Breakdown can begin

5:00 pm

Massachusetts Avenue opens to the public

Friend (Supporter)

Businesses and residents can be Friends of Discovery Day. Donate online to be a supporter (you will not have a booth but your sponsorship will be publicized before and during the event). Pay with PayPal or by check.

For businesses, there are four levels of support,
$125, $200, $300, $500

Residents can donate any amount.

I Want A Booth

Register online for a Discovery Day booth and pay by check or with PayPal

Businesses: $175

Civic/Small Education: $75

Municipal organizations can register online without paying a registration fee.

Equipment Rentals Not Available

Rental Equipment is not offered. You must provide your own tables, chairs, etc.

The standard booth size is 10’ x 10’. Your equipment must fit within that area.

If you want to bring a shade tent it must be a 10’ x 10’ collapsible shade tent that has vertical legs. Do not use a 10’ x 10’ tent with splayed legs because they will not fit inside of your 10’ x 10’ booth space. To make your tent safe in windy conditions, you must secure your tent with weights or nails.
